Intercultural Training Program

The Intercultural Training Program is an interactive, lively cross-cultural and multi-cultural training program. Training sessions are conducted by instructors/speakers from the target country with a full understanding of the target culture. This program aims to provide learners with necessary information to anticipate the cultural challenges they will face in the accomplishment of their job the new country.

Global language enterprises, LLC has also developed specialized Intercultural Training Programs to help employers work effectively with employees from foreign countries. Instruction includes:

Our trainers are natives of counties of target cultures, or outstanding researchers specialized in the target culture. During the sessions we:

•  Put stress on the similarities and differences between the target and home cultures, as well as the understanding of the society and the values of the target culture

•  Discuss factors that may affect relationships

•  Process by simulation reflecting realistic situation in the target culture, giving an overview of differences in daily activities.

•  Train learners learning to read non-verbal communication in the target culture.,

  We organize on-site training for companies/organizations. We hold also individual training sessions.
